KMK's President, JoAnn Meepos, joined KMK in 1988 and since then has been involved with all aspects of the real estate investment and management business. She has an M.B.A. from UCLA and has specialized in the financial side of the business. She has responsibility for all the day-to-day operations of the company.
KMK founders, Jeff Kirshner and Steve Meepos, have been active in the acquisition, development and operation of residential and commercial real estate since 1979. Both have advanced training as well – Meepos as a CPA and Kirshner with a law degree and as a California real estate broker. They, through their investment company, KMK Capital Corp., have been the managing partners for hundreds of real estate ventures through the years both as developers and operators of existing projects. They remain actively involved with KMK Management Company.
